Repair is the main business. Everything else supports it.
Almost everything below can be done at your home. Diagnosis always comes first — there's no point quoting a repair before knowing what's actually wrong.
Laptop & desktop repair
Finding the actual fault
A proper diagnosis of what failed and why, with an honest assessment of whether repair makes financial sense — before any work is agreed.
Component replacement
Screens, keyboards, batteries, hinges, charging ports, fans, drives, RAM and power supplies — replacing the part that failed, not the whole machine.
Upgrades that revive old machines
SSD upgrades and RAM increases turn a frustratingly slow laptop back into a usable one. Usually the highest-value repair there is.
OS installation & recovery
Clean Windows or Linux installs, boot repair, crash and blue-screen troubleshooting, driver and update problems.
Cleaning, repasting, fan repair
Overheating and constant fan noise are usually dust and dried thermal paste — cheap to fix, and a common reason machines get discarded early.
Data recovery & migration
Recovering files from failing drives where possible, and moving your data and settings safely onto a repaired or new machine.
Security, networks, and setup
Virus & malware removal
Full clean-up of infected systems, file recovery where possible, and protection configured so the same thing doesn't recur.
Home & small office networks
Wi-Fi and wired network setup, routers and access points, and fixing dead zones across a whole house or office. Cisco-certified networking background.
Home office setup
Monitors, printers, shared drives and backups configured so a home workspace is actually reliable to work from.
Maintenance for small businesses
A simple monthly arrangement covering updates, checks and priority response — catching problems before they interrupt work.
Where the work happens
The default is at your home. The bench is the exception, not the starting point.
I come to you
Home visits across Clervaux and northern Luxembourg. Diagnosis happens in front of you and gets explained as I go — most repairs are finished during the same visit, including drive and RAM upgrades, cleaning and repasting, software and OS work, virus removal, and network setup.
Bench repair
Some jobs — screen replacements, board-level work, longer data recovery — need proper workshop conditions and parts ordered in. If that's the case you'll know during the visit, along with what it involves, before anything leaves your house.
Remote support
For software problems that don't need hands on the hardware, screen-share support solves it without anyone travelling. Available anywhere in Luxembourg.
Not sure what's wrong?
That's fine — describe the symptoms and we'll work it out.
